Leading Residence, following the thinking of new urbanism, focusing on the arrangement of various neighborhood units, makes perfect and reasonable plan for the whole community in accordance with belt-shaped central waters. Water is the soul of watery region to the south of Five Ridges. Same as that, water is the major body of scenery in this residence. There are three types of waters in this project: the broad central lake surface, water routes with strong pulling force and the twisting brook.
